Therapy That Honors the Whole of You

You’ve done the work—or at least tried. You’ve read the books, held it together, helped others, pushed through. But inside, something still aches. Maybe it’s anxiety that won’t let you rest. Maybe it’s disconnection—in your relationship, your body, your sense of self. Maybe it’s a quiet longing for more ease, more clarity, more depth.

At Daybreak Counseling & Wellness, I offer warm, collaborative therapy that helps high-achieving, thoughtful people reconnect with themselves and each other. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, or relational pain, this is a place where you can feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.

Therapy for Women & Couples

Hi, I’m Lily Gordon

(she/her)

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Seattle, offering virtual therapy for individuals and couples throughout Washington State. I work with people who may seem like they have it all together—but inside, they’re navigating anxiety, trauma, loss, or disconnection. Together, we explore what’s underneath the surface and move toward a life that feels more aligned, grounded, and whole.

My approach is warm, relational, and collaborative. I’ll meet you with curiosity, compassion, and just the right amount of challenge. You don’t have to do this alone—and you don’t have to filter yourself here.

A Human Approach to Therapy

Healing isn’t linear—and it doesn’t look the same for everyone. My approach blends evidence-based practices with deep respect for your intuition, your story, and your pace. I draw from relational, existential, and acceptance-based therapies to help you make sense of what you’re carrying, feel more at home in yourself, and move through life with greater clarity and self-trust.

This work isn’t about fixing you. It’s about walking alongside you as you rediscover your capacity to heal, connect, and grow.
